Great view over the bustling Piazza Oberdan when you stay on the upper floors. Comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom, perfect for a solo traveler seeking peace and relaxation.
Room temperature control could be tricky. Some guests report feeling a bit too warm. The absence of complimentary bottled water leaves you to rely on the mini bar, which could be a minor hassle. The disparity in city tax charges at checkout could catch you off guard if you're not paying attention.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great - very near the train station, next to the Opicina tram, terrific neighborhood restaurant just behind it (10 Regina). The room is spartan, but comfortable, clean, and quiet. The piazza side of the building has good sun, the other side is rather dark (the double-paned windows keep the noise out). Breakfasts are fresh and have an excellent variety, and in a very civilized room.

Absolutely lovely hotel, would recommend to everyone. The room with the jacuzzi/ bath is wonderful. The breakfast room is beautiful and it's great that you have a in it day or night. There's something about the atmosphere - a sense of history, space and ariness that makes the room and the hotel in general peaceful and restorative. Your could tell that there is a good manager because the staff are relaxed and happy. Just one suggestion - the medical conference people had a fantastic list of 'things to do in Trieste' with instructions on how to get to places etc. I think you should use this for all guests on arrival Thank you!

Excellent staff! Super helpful and caring throughout my stay. The room was always very clean and smelled fresh. Good comfort from the beds. The minibar was re-stocked regularly. Enjoyed the amazing breakfast. A great selection with homemade items. Central position made getting around easy. The shower space was narrow, which might be a tight fit for some. I also noticed that water leaked onto the bathroom floor and into the room from the shower area. This definitely needs addressing for better convenience.

Came here for 4 days, the hotel was pleasant, it had excellent location just off train/bus station and rest of Trieste, town attractions and entertainment city center. I was there for the weekend and had a great stay, so I would love to come back

The building, the decor & the room itself were all attractive. We even had a balcony overlooking an attractive, yet busy, square. It was handy to buses, trams & trains & the impressive central city piazza was within easy walking distance.

Very comfotable room; very helpful staff who assisted in getting a doctor for a medical problem
Unfortunately, there was no shower and the bath, while providing a great spa, was uncomfortably narrow for an ordinary bath. Limited hot water available for a bath in the morning! An awful hair dryer

The staff are super friendly, and the breakfast was a highlight with a fantastic selection. We enjoyed visiting the nearby museum and taking a stroll to the beautiful piazza. Just so you know, they offer snacks and coffee anytime, a nice touch!
